Minutes from January were accepted by Kate and Ann.
The Commission looked over the draft Master Plan. The Master Plan chapter was accepted by all.
We discussed the new route for the Northern Pass. It looks like it might not affect Chichester. More discussion in future months.
We received Dave Bowers proposal for the remainder of the windows in the Grange Hall. Total windows for Phase II are ten. The Grant for the windows is due April 26th. Michelle and Lucille will start on grant next week.
Scenic Road signage was discussed.
Kate found many samples of scenic road signs. We would like to have the town logo on the signs. We looked at round and rectangular signs. Kate will check on prices.
Faye is checking on Wakefield Mill project. We will have more on this at the next meeting.
We also are looking into landscaping the Grange/Town Hall area. Also more on this at next meeting.
We will have a booth at Town Meeting to let people know what the Commission has been up to.
Steve Taylor will present a program on one room school houses. This will take place on April 18th.
